Submit an application: Log in to your ppserss.com account, enter the [Order Details] page, click [Apply for Return and Exchange], select the reason for return and exchange, and submit relevant evidence (such as quality issues, you need to upload photos or videos). ​

Review and Confirmation: We will review your application within 1-2 working days and inform you of the review results by email or internal message. ​

Returning the product: After the review is passed, please properly pack the product and attach the order number or return and exchange application form and send it to the following address: ​

Acceptance and Processing: After the warehouse signs for the goods, the acceptance will be completed within 3-5 working days. If the conditions for return and exchange are met: ​

Return: The payment will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and it is expected to arrive in 1-7 working days (subject to the processing time of the payment institution). ​

Exchange: We will arrange re-delivery as soon as possible and notify you of the new logistics information by email. ​

III. Shipping fee description ​

Free return and exchange: For returns and exchanges due to product quality problems, wrong shipments/missing shipments, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. You do not need to advance payment, you can choose to pay on delivery or contact customer service for shipping subsidies. ​
